Engine & Power Pack:
Full support for the GM 6.5L V8 Diesel (Naturally Aspirated & Turbo variants).
Supply of “Hard-to-Find” injection pumps (Stanadyne DB2/DS4), glow plug controllers, and high-capacity radiators designed for desert operations.
Transmission & Transfer Case:
Remanufactured and new Hydra-Matic 4L80E 4-speed automatic transmissions.
New Venture Gear 242 transfer cases and chain replacement kits.
The “Geared Hub” Advantage:
The Cobra 1 uses portal axles (Geared Hubs) for ground clearance. We supply the critical spindle bearings, seals, and helical gears that are prone to wear under heavy armor loads.
Critical Sustainment for the Monocoque Hull
Unlike chassis-on-frame vehicles, the Cobra 1 is a monocoque. This requires specific parts to maintain structural and amphibious integrity.
Suspension & Ride Height:
Heavy-Duty Coil Springs: Over time, armor weight causes sagging. We supply reinforced springs to restore proper ride height and suspension geometry.
Shock Absorbers: High-performance dampers tuned for the specific weight distribution of the Cobra 1.
Control Arm Bushings: Polyurethane and rubber bushing kits to tighten up steering response.
Braking Systems:
Inboard disc brake rotors and pads (located at the differential, not the wheel) – a unique feature that requires specific parts we stock.
Hydraulic boosters and master cylinders.
Amphibious Capability Components:
For amphibious variants: Rear propeller drive shafts, water-sealing gaskets for doors, and bilge pump systems.
Trim Vane mechanisms and actuators.

Many suppliers confuse Cobra 1 parts with standard truck parts. We don’t.
Part Number Intelligence: We possess the cross-reference data to map Otokar OEM numbers directly to US Military NSN and GM Part numbers. This means we can often supply the original American part at a fraction of the cost of a “re-boxed” spare.
Obsolescence Management: As Cobra 1 fleets age, certain body panels and interior switches become obsolete. We utilize our network to source surplus stock or manufacture spec-compliant replacements.
Tier-1 Quality: We do not sell “white-box” Chinese aftermarket parts. We supply components from the original manufacturers (OEM) used by Otokar and AM General.
